Program description
Are you interested in how Amazon.com products reach the end consumer, how smaller flexible supply chains can beat their larger and more capital-intensive competitors, how 21st century IT supports complex logistics systems and how can we achieve a higher level of customer service with value-added services? The aim of our MA in Supply Chain is to show you the most up-to-date process organization principles, to gain insight into logistics and supply concepts and application methods, the basics of planning, the main dilemmas of the ever-changing management concept, the principles of sustainability from industry 4.0 through LEAN incorporation. The principles, which can be learned during the training, like process approach makes possible to acquire a managerial approach that combines production, logistics, marketing and economic aspects in an integrated way.

The aim of this course is to train professional economists who can manage integrated logistical systems, can understand the relationships between integrated corporal logistics and supply chains which connect companies. For the sake of this comprehensive approach it is necessary to use knowledge about issues such as transport/carriage, inventory management, location, procurement and distribution, order processing, and customer satisfaction. With this knowledge educated experts can design, study or improve the logistics processes between corporal logistics processes and logistics processes among companies with management and strategic approach.

BSc degree in a related field, min. B2 level of English
