Program description

Through its doctoral research fields, the Doctoral School in Theology of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary provides the opportunity for scientific work in various areas of theology that reaches international standards. There are five sub-programmes: New Testament, Biblical Theology, Systematic Theology, Church History and Practical Theology.

Description of selection and entrance examination process

The applicant emails a copy of his/her degree, the proof of sufficient language skills, a list of all his/her publications and indicates his/her research topic. This will be followed by a Skype interview where the applicant presents the chosen research area in detail and answers the selection boards questions. The total score is 105 points out of which the applicant has to reach the minimum score of 60 points.
