How to upload your missing documents and the mandatory medical documents

Please make sure to upload your missing documents until the given deadline (31 July 2023), otherwise, you may not proceed with your application.

In order to upload these documents, please log in to the application system (apply.scyp.hu) and check the ‘Tasks’ section of your application.

In case you would like to upload an additional document to your application and the Tasks Section does not appear in the left-side menu, then please click on the following link to access the Tasks Section: apply.scyp.hu/tasks. Please make sure that you are logged in to the online application system before clicking on the above link. After accessing the Tasks Section, you may upload the document(s) to the corresponding Task.

Please, do not send us any documents by email!

THE DEADLINE TO UPLOAD THE MISSING DOCUMENTS IS 31 JULY 2023.

Please, bear in mind that after you receive the positive decision about the scholarship you are only able to accept your scholarship in the online system if all missing documents are uploaded first! The sooner you upload the missing documents, the sooner you can start your visa application process!

MEDICAL DOCUMENTS:

Based on the Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education related to medical examinations of students from abroad, all nominated applicants are required to upload a medical certificate of satisfactory health condition to the online system until the deadline.

Please make sure to upload your mandatory medical documents (medical certificate and the required laboratory tests) to the task directly and select “I have uploaded my medical documents (General Medical Certificate + laboratory tests)”.

Please, find below the template of the medical certificate which needs to be issued and signed by a physician:

The template describes which tests are required to be submitted as well, please, read it carefully and make sure to upload all necessary tests as well.

All documents that cannot be obtained or produced in English or in Hungarian have to be translated and the translations have to be submitted together with a copy of the original document.
