REMINDER: THE DEADLINE TO UPLOAD THE MANDATORY MEDICAL DOCUMENTS IS 30 APRIL 2024.

Please make sure to upload the medical documents (medical certificate and the required laboratory tests) until the given deadline (30 April 2024), otherwise, your application will be rejected automatically!

Based on the Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education related to medical examinations of students from abroad, all nominated applicants are required to upload a medical certificate of satisfactory health condition to the online system until the deadline.

1. How to upload the medical documents?

In order to upload these documents, please log in to the application system (apply.scyp.hu) and check the “Tasks” section of your application, where you will find the “Medical Certificate” Task.

Please make sure to upload your mandatory medical documents (medical certificate and the required laboratory tests) to the task directly and select “I have uploaded my medical documents (General Medical Certificate + laboratory tests)”.

The other option is to upload the documents to the “Documents” section on your profile.

Please, do not send us any documents by email!

Please, bear in mind that only those applicants will be accepted after the second round of selection (the institutional evaluation), who uploaded the needed medical documents until 30th of April (CET 23:59)! The sooner you upload the medical documents, the sooner the university can accept your admission!

2. Medical Certificate form and additional information about the formal criteria

Please, find below the template of the medical certificate which needs to be issued and signed by a physician:

The template describes which tests are required to be submitted, please, read it carefully and make sure to upload all necessary tests as well.

All documents that cannot be obtained or produced in English or in Hungarian have to be translated into English and the translations have to be submitted together with the copy of the original document.

*NOTE: If you selected the wrong “option” in the task section before the application deadline in January and all your tasks are resolved, which means that you cannot edit your application, contact us via email: SCYP@hungaryhelps.gov.hu.

We also recommend you not to leave the upload to the last minute, as unexpected events (powerbreak, no internet connection, laptop not working, etc.) can happen at any time. Again, we would like to highlight that documents uploaded after the deadline will not be accepted.*
